Terms and Conditions – Vrindavan Cricket Academy

Welcome to Vrindavan Cricket Academy! By enrolling in our academy, using our services, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Overview

Vrindavan Cricket Academy (VCA) is dedicated to nurturing young cricketing talent in a safe, disciplined, and professional environment. These Terms & Conditions govern the conduct, rights, and responsibilities of all trainees, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders.

2. Registration and Admission

  • Admission is subject to availability and performance in the selection process (if applicable).
  • All students must complete the registration form and submit required documents (age proof, ID, medical fitness certificate).
  • Registration fees and monthly/quarterly coaching fees must be paid in full and on time.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect coaches, staff, and fellow players.
  • Any form of misconduct, bullying, or intentional damage to academy property may lead to suspension or termination.
  • Mobile phones are discouraged during training hours. Misuse may lead to confiscation.

4. Training and Attendance

  • Regular attendance is crucial. Students must inform the academy in case of illness or absence.
  • Missed sessions will not be compensated unless previously approved under special circumstances.
  • Students must report on time, in complete academy uniform with proper gear.

5. Fee Policy

  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the academy.
  • Late fee payment may result in penalties or temporary suspension from training.
  • Discounts, if offered, are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • Vrindavan Cricket Academy is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during sessions.
  • It is advised that students carry personal medical insurance.
  • In case of injury, immediate first aid will be provided. Parents will be notified promptly.

7. Media and Photography Consent

  • The academy reserves the right to take photos and videos during sessions, matches, and events for promotional purposes.
  • If any parent/guardian wishes to opt-out, they must submit a written request at the time of admission.

8. Academy Property and Equipment

  • Players must handle academy property, kits, nets, and ground facilities with care.
  • Any damage caused intentionally will be chargeable to the student responsible.

9. Tournament Participation

  • Selection for internal or external tournaments is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff.
  • Selection is based on performance, discipline, attendance, and overall contribution.

10. Changes and Updates

  • Vrindavan Cricket Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
  • Participants and guardians will be informed of any major changes through official communication channels.
