Cancellation and Refund Policy – Vrindavan Cricket Academy

At Vrindavan Cricket Academy, we are committed to offering quality training and facilities to aspiring cricketers. We understand that sometimes plans change due to unforeseen circumstances. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have outlined our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.


1. Registration Fee

  • The registration/admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • This fee covers administrative charges, onboarding, and initial setup costs.

2. Coaching Fee Refund

  • Monthly/Quarterly Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in the case of academy-related cancellations (e.g., program discontinued).
  • If a trainee discontinues training for personal reasons (health issues, relocation, etc.), a refund will not be applicable. However, in exceptional cases, management may consider a partial fee adjustment for future sessions, provided proper documentation is submitted.

3. Class Cancellations by Academy

  • If any session is cancelled due to weather conditions, facility issues, or coach unavailability, make-up classes will be scheduled whenever possible.
  • In case of extended closures (e.g., government restrictions, emergencies), the academy may offer fee credits toward future sessions.

4. Missed Classes by Students

  • Fees will yes be refunded or adjusted for missed classes due to illness, travel, exams, or personal commitments.
  • Parents are encouraged to inform the academy in advance of any known absence.

5. Trial Class Policy

  • If a student is offered a trial class, no fee is charged for that session.
  • Post-trial, if the student joins the academy, standard fees and rules apply.

6. Refund Request Procedure

  • All refund requests (in eligible scenarios) must be submitted in writing to the academy office or via email.
  • Please mention the student’s full name, batch, date of payment, and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original mode of payment.

7. Non-Transferable Policy

  • All fees paid are non-transferable between students or to other branches (if any).
  • One student’s fee cannot be transferred to another student or sibling.

8. Disciplinary Cancellations

  • If a student is removed from the academy due to disciplinary issues or violations of code of conduct, no refund will be issued.
